Ahi Coconut Curry

We’ve been on a roll with the fresh ahi and tried this new recipe for the first time! We had everything except cucumber which we have actually never cooked before but sounded interesting.

Super simple, fast, & healthy. I added Pink Pickled ginger to mine, SO delish!


Winner, winner ahi dinner!

I served up a platter full of options that we all created our own mini sushi bowls and wraps with.
