Nourish Your Body

Dive into daily meditation, yoga, strength, and stretch. It will be the perfect amount to leave you feeling strong, nurtured, and refreshed. We’ll also be enjoying massages. Prepare to relax in the pool. Your body will scream, “Thank you!”

Nourish With Food

Take the weekend off from the kitchen. We are going to nourish you with delicious, fully-catered, garden-to-table meals. 

We will have healthy vegetarian and gluten free options with a variety of lean proteins and wine with dinner. There will be coffee, tea, and plenty of hydration encouraged at all times.

Your mouth, waist, and belly will be swimming in gratitude.

Nourish Your Mindset

We’ll focus on breaking down barriers, embracing self-love, and reaching your goals. You’ll enjoy sunset & sunrise meditation and daily yoga. I’ll teach lessons on the transformative power of self-care. You’ll receive a Coach Stacy journal with some mindset journaling prompts. Don’t worry - there will be plenty of time for reflection and writing while you’re surrounded by the beautiful scenery.
