The 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating

Life is here to teach us. I feel the most important lesson we are here for is to learn to love ourselves in the deepest, most meaningful way. 

It’s our relationship with food and our bodies that needs healing. Nurturing, accepting, and trusting in our ability to take great care of ourselves. This creates peace, body love, and vibrant confidence. 

In 2013 I learned about the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating at the Idea World Fitness Convention. They really made sense and spoke to me on a personal level. I have been using them to teach through self discovery how to figure out YOUR best personal nutrition!
